Conditions for Exchange:
- Timeframe: You must initiate your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Original Condition: The saree and jewellery must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Damage: We cannot accept exchanges for items that are damaged due to wear and tear, improper handling, or negligence after delivery.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team by email at info@avnicollection.com or phone at +919867253137 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Let them know you would like to exchange an item and provide your order number and the reason for exchange.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the exchange conditions, we will process your exchange for your desired size, style, or issue a store credit.
