Conditions for Exchange:

• Timeframe: You must initiate your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Original Condition: The saree and jewellery must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way.
• Damage: We cannot accept exchanges for items that are damaged due to wear and tear, improper handling, or negligence after delivery.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at info@avnicollection.com or phone at +919867253137 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Let them know you would like to exchange an item and provide your order number and the reason for exchange.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
4. Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets the exchange conditions, we will process your exchange for your desired size, style, or issue a store credit.
