Damaged Upon Arrival:
- If your saree or jewellery arrives damaged, please do not wear or use it.
- Within 7 days of receiving your order, take clear photos of the damage to the product and the packaging slip.
How to Claim a Refund:

- In your email or phone call, clearly state that you received a damaged item and include your order number.
- Attach the photos you took of the damaged product and packaging slip.
Processing Your Refund:
- Upon verification of the damage through the photos, we will issue a full refund in the form of store credit to your website account wallet within 24hrs.
- You will receive a notification via email confirming the refund and the amount credited to your wallet.
Benefits of Store Credit:
- Store credit never expires, so you can use it towards future purchases of sarees and jewellery on our website.
- This allows you to replace the damaged item with something you love!
Exchanges:
- In addition to receiving store credit, you also have the option to exchange the damaged item for the same product in good condition (subject to availability).
- Please notify our customer service team of your preference for exchange at the time of contacting them.
Please Note:
- We cannot accept refund requests for damaged items if they are not reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
- We cannot accept refund requests for damaged items that show signs of wear or improper use.
